Pricing questions
Is there a setup or onboarding fee?
Onboarding and practice-specific tuning are included in every plan. For complex multi-location rollouts we'll scope a one-time implementation as part of a Health System plan.
Can I start with one agent and add more later?
Absolutely — most practices do. Start with your biggest bottleneck, prove the value, then expand into the Practice Suite when you're ready.
Do you sign a BAA?
Yes. A Business Associate Agreement is included with every plan, and all data handling is HIPAA-aligned.
Is there a contract lock-in?
Plans are month-to-month by default. Annual agreements are available at a discount if you prefer.
